DEACONESS
"That they may teach the young women to be somber, to love their husbands, to love their children." Titus 2:4
The Deaconess assist the Deacons with the baptismal process. They work to supply gowns, towels and other necessary items to be used during baptism. The Deacons work diligently in the preparation of communion for the Last Supper Service.
The Deaconess also assist the Deacons to facilitate New Members’ orientation, the Mission ministry, the Clothes Closet and the Food Pantry. In addition, to visiting the Sick and Shut-in members, the ministries conduct church services every 4th Saturday of the month at the Sterling Place Health Care Facility.
